    It has been forever!

Life moves too fast for this old body! Stop world ,I want to get off! I need to learn time management. If I managed my time better maybe I would feel a since of accomplishment. Today is a gift, "a present." I am going to cheerish every moment of it. I will make sure the people I love know it ,and I will have confidence that every moment I am here has a purpose! Life is too precious to grumble and complain. I won't keep God in a box! He sees the whole picture. I don't have to. Well. I feel better now and I am ready to have a great day! Thanks for listening to me ramble. I may do this again soon, stay tuned....

  • Wild and wonderful West Virginia

Hi! I am on vacation in West Virginia. It is quite wonderful. The temp is 70 degrees and no humidity. We are getting to visit friends and enjoy some beautiful landscapes. I hear there's a storm heading for home. I hope everyone stays safe. This place is so different from Texas that it really makes it feel like a vacation. It's good to change your atmosphere for a while- especially when the weather is such a break from the Texas heat. We will be home Wednesday, refreshed and ready for a great new school year. I am optimistic and look forward to all the fun waiting for us. Well, I'm off to take some pictures and chase some groundhogs. =)

  • Titanic

Frederick Douglass once said, " Without struggle, there is no progress." I think that speaks strongly about the last two weeks of preparation that have gone into this show. I think if each person involved allows themselves, they can walk away from this summer musical and say that they experienced something more than just a show. The struggle continues for the Baytown Little Theatre far after the closing of Titanic. There will still be the challenge of finding a new place for the upcoming shows. The board members are working hard to make decisions in the best interest of the theatre's future. In the end, I have confidence that the progress made will be worth the struggle.
